💡 Tip for passengers: You can ask the bot questions like:
“Which piers have step-free access?”
“Can I bring my mobility scooter onboard?”
“Are there accessible toilets on the vessels?”
“Can I travel with my assistance dog?”
This version is both informative for passengers and structured for chatbot use, making it easy to provide precise answers in real time.
